That wonderful programme 'My Word' has long ceased to exist. But apologies are probably in order; these snippets are straight rip-offs of Frank Muir's and Dennis Norden's pun/story style. Worse, they've probably even done the same quotes, and, of course, done them much better. But what the hell, here they are:
