Things that go up must come down. And that's

just as true for house prices as for the

water from a fountain. At least that's what

some people say - and just lately they've

been putting their money where their mouths

are.

The property exchange has certainly made a

few people very rich in a very short time.

But someone, of course, has to be the loser

in these high speed deals. Sheila Dong

claims that she lost seventy thousand pounds

on the sale of her house.

Was Mrs Dong the victim of a crooked deal,

or just sharp practice? In a new area of

business like this the law is open to

different interpretations.
